In-camera effects- Soft Focus.Task 6 tim

Cling film/vaseline effect.
Following research made earlier about in-camera effects, i wanted to create my own images from the ones i had found previously. I achieved this by wrapping a layer of cling film around my lens, then applying a second more messily applied layer over the top. This created a dreamy, blurry outline around the edges of the image. During the shoot, my camera was set to 'm' mode and my lens to manual. Shutter speed 1/50s and F00.

Image trying to create.

Card/scratched lens.
This was the first in-camera effect i attempted and although not always successful, i think i experimented as much as possible and achieved effective images.

Soap.
In relation the the cling film technique, i used a similar idea but instead of adding another layer of cling film, i placed soap on top to see if it would create a similar vaseline look.

Image i was trying to recreate using soap.
